As a part of the Design Operations team within Product & Design — a large, global creative group within Apple Services — you will help us prioritize the focus of our recruiting partners, engage and attract top talent, drive referrals, and evolve our hiring practices to meet the ever-changing needs of this diverse product management and multi-disciplinary design organization. In this role you will heavily collaborate with peers, managers, and leadership across Product & Design, as well as partner teams such as Recruiting and People (HR). Key Qualifications- 7+ years of applied expertise in program development, preferably in the recruiting, candidate engagement, and/or talent space
- You’ve demonstrated a passion for connecting with top talent, and are engaged in the design or creative community with awareness of major industry trends, conferences, and events
- Shown success building solid business relationships, influencing leaders and cross-functional teams, and running partner expectations
- Proactive and an expert in prioritizing competing demands in a fast-paced environment, you are both able and willing to flex from strategic to tactical work every day
- Capable of producing work independently or through others, with experience researching, identifying, and engaging third-party vendors
- Versed in change management methods
- Eager to receive feedback, drive for excellence, and see challenging projects through completion
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and able to flourish in an environment full of constant change
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication, and social skills
- A diligent advocate for thinking, speaking and collaborating broadly, fostering a culture that encourages and celebrates diverse experiences and perspectives
- Proficiency in creating, collaborating, and managing data in spreadsheets (Numbers, Excel, Airtable, etc)
- Skilled in designing Keynote or Powerpoint presentations
- Knowledge and ease working in collaboration tools (ex: Quip, Slack)
- - Experience collaborating and driving projects with distributed teams (ie - not all in one location)
- Flexibility in schedule, allowing you to work with employees across timezones
- Ability travel ~10% of the time
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $103,000 and $211,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
